How Far Will Campuses Go to Create “Diversity”?

In Lubbock, Texas, YCT-ers revived an old event called the “Catch an Illegal Immigrant Day” which was met with an interesting response from the diversity hungry administration.

The Lubbock Online Reports:

“ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT” read the T-shirt’s front. “CATCH ME IF YOU CAN” read the back.

Students in the Texas Tech chapter of the Young Conservatives of Texas wore the T-shirt on campus one day as part of a game, “Catch the Illegal Immigrant.”

Convention Was a Success!

I’d really like to thank all the YCT-ers for their hard work in putting together convention. We really represented in the Alamo City, having so many people register we actually had to turn people away.

This was my third convention and it was great to see the room packed and our agenda full of such awesome speakers!

The 2008 YCT State Convention will be held April 11th – 13th in San Antonio. The convention will be FREE to college students, although not for YCT alumni. This is a fantastic opportunity to network,
