Today, Young Conservatives of Texas Foundation (YCT) is proud to announce the dates for its 40th annual convention – the largest gathering of principled college conservatives in the State of Texas. Young Conservatives of Texas will rally at the Texas Public Policy Foundation in Austin, Texas from April 17th to the 19th, where they will hear from conservative leaders, policy experts and distinguished elected officials. This marks the 40th straight year that the Young Conservatives of Texas have gathered to enjoy camaraderie, bolster their policy chops and hear from courageous conservatives from across America.

Today, Young Conservatives of Texas announced their second round of endorsements for the 2020 Republican Primary. The following candidates demonstrated strong conservative principles through a rigorous questionnaire and interview process conducted by YCT’s State Board. YCT endorses these candidates with the expectation that, if elected, they will be dedicated conservatives in the Texas Legislature and the U.S House of Representatives.

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Today, the Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT) is proud to announce the release of its legislative ratings for the 86th legislature. These ratings mark the 23rd consecutive installment of the public service offered by YCT as a way for constituents to evaluate the time their representatives spend in Austin. With bi-yearly installments dating back to 1975, YCT issues the most thorough, respected, and consistent legislative ratings in the Lone Star State. Legislators who received an 85 or above in this ratings will receive automatic endorsements from YCT due to their proven defense of liberty.

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Today, the Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT) is proud to announce the release of its official endorsement questionnaire for the 2020 cycle. Candidates are required to complete the questionnaire to be eligible for an endorsement. However, currently elected officials who received an 85 or above in last session’s ratings will receive automatic endorsements due to their proven defense of liberty. The legislative ratings will be released tomorrow, January 7th.
