Young Conservatives of Texas issue Legislative Agenda for 87th Legislature Session

Fort Worth, TX — The Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT) are proud to announce the release of our legislative agenda for the 87th Legislative Session. The bi-annual legislative agenda is intended to guide Texas legislators in support of legislation that promotes effective and limited government. These priorities directly affect our endorsements and ratings process.

YCT’s legislative priorities for this session include: 

Abolish abortion.Prohibit sex transition surgeries for minors. 
End taxpayer funded lobbying.Protect women’s sports.
Expand school choice & educational savings accounts.Declare pornography a public health crisis.
A comprehensive review of all Texas roads and highways.Reform the Texas  Disaster Act. 
Passage of a Conservative Texas Budget as outlined by TPPF.End all taxpayer funded benefits for illegal aliens.
