Young Conservatives of Texas Host Packed Convention in San Antonio

The Young Conservatives of Texas would like to thank all the people, sponsors, alumni, and speakers who helped make this 28th Annual Convention a huge success. The Convention was held April 11 – 13th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Antonio, Texas and featured speeches by Railroad Commissioner Michael Williams, Attorney General Greg Abbott, State Representative Frank Corte, Jr., State Senator Jeff Wentworth, United States Senator John Cornyn and 9/11 Survivor Lt. Col. Brian Birdwell.

The audience was treated to an emotional and moving speech about courage, American values and patriotism by Lt. Col. Brian Birdwell. YCT would like to extend a special thank you to the Birdwell family for joining us for such a special convention.
