Thank you, Patriots #YCT21

Thank you Patriots, We are grateful to everyone who was able to join us for YCT’s 40th annual convention last week. We had an incredible weekend with almost 200 students from across the great state of Texas and over 300 patriots in attendance at both our gala and reception. Our students were joined by dozens of organizations and movement leaders, from both Texas and DC. Our students had the privilege of hearing from leaders Senator Ted Cruz, Steve Munisteri, Congressman Chip Roy, Representative Mayes Middleton, and Kevin Roberts of the Texas Public Policy Foundation.

We would like to thank all of our sponsors for their generous support that enabled us to host this convention. This convention is going to serve as a springboard for our students to enthusiastically represent the conservative movement on college campuses across the state of Texas. Our students left excited not just about what they will do next on a college campus, but at the possibility of joining the conservative movement after graduation. Since the convention, more students than ever in YCT are interested in interning in the conservative movement.

It is more important than ever to recruit and develop the next generation of conservatives in Texas. We can all agree the first 100 days of the Biden Administration have been a complete failure for freedom, economic prosperity, and national security. Drug cartels and human traffickers are profiting while small businesses are struggling. But just as our Founding Fathers intended, the republic is working as it should. States like Texas aren’t waiting to see what ridiculous legislation Congress will pass next – we are leading the fight to protect liberty and our way of life and we can’t do that without equipping young leaders to take up the torch. To our alumni: happy 41 years of YCT going strong. Thank you for taking the time this weekend to come to connect with new friends and reconnect with old ones. When you invest in YCT, you are investing in the future of the conservative movement in Texas and the next generation of leaders. We are so grateful for your continued support and we could not succeed without you and your generous donations. As we look ahead to 2022, will you consider donating $20.22 now to ensure we can continue to create conservative leaders and build our student chapters on college campuses across Texas?
