Protect Private Property – Stop the Smoking Ban!

HB 5 is up for a public hearing on April 28th.  For those unfamiliar, this measure would ban smoking in workplaces and public places.

This measure is an awful attack on private property rights and the free market.  We could use your help fighting the ban.

1. Submit written testimony to lauraelizabethmorales @ gmail.com.  All we need is 200 words about why you’re against the smoking ban and we’ll submit the testimony for you.

2. Email your elected officials.  FreedomWorks set up an easy online form, just fill it out and hit send.
