| Mikel Moore is the Chapter Chairman of YCT at the University of Houston, where he is a rising 2L at the University of Houston Law Center. He spent the summer as a law clerk at the Texas Public Policy Foundation in Austin, Texas. His research has prepared TPPF to adequately respond to these legal challenges and defend Texas’ ability to secure future elections. “I have to thank YCT for helping me secure this unique opportunity.
